I chose Rocky because I saw his picture in my local Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. On my last service visit for my 2009 Escape I was upset because the rear do Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. I recently purchased a used car from Pacifico and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. My sales Rep Charles Freeman took the stress and hassle out of car buying, he was very experienced and took very comfortable with the entire process. The store manager was also a breath of fresh air coming over to check on us when the rep was away from us.Also, when we were signing our paper work in the finance department ( I cant remeber her name) but she explained every thing in detail to us and helped us pick a warranty for our car..she was very helpful and patient as well..the process took a while but the kids had a play area, a public computer and a coffee station for the hubby...I had a 100% POSITIVE experience and would recommend anyone to this dealer if they want great service!
