Took way too long to process paperwork. Salesman dropped the "F" bomb while socializing to kill time. That is never professional. Despite our request to move along as we were already 4 hrs in without dinn the "F" bomb while socializing to kill time. That is never professional. I asked that they start prepping the vehicle early in the afternoon knowing I was going to buy it. They had just started washing it when we got there. Going through vehicle with salesman warranty issues noted but should have gone through prior to our arrival. However, warranty issues were resolved timely and very well by picking up vehicle at my home and leaving a loaner and returned with a full tank of gas. Prior to purchasing salesman raved about the state of the art technology and quality of the vehicle. Once they received our check and we met with the finance officer, all of a sudden we need extended warranties because everything is going break and is expensive to repair. We did not need to meet with this gentleman because there was no financing involved, just his trying to sell us warranty after warranty Kept hearing during the whole process that we would get a survey and really want an exceeds rating. Even in the bathroom were signs to give an exceeds rating. They beat this survey to death even when we said get us out of here faster if you want an exceeds but although they said they would, they did not. There was no consideration that we still had not had dinner. We were there from 4:30 pm until almost 10:00 pm. Mike did know the vehicle and explained thoroughly.
