I chose Rocky because I saw his picture in my local Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. On my last service visit for my 2009 Escape I was upset because the rear do Newspaper and saw him and spoke to him when I take my car in for service. I walked to the show room and asked Rocky to run the figures on a new Vehicle. As I had stated to Rocky If I buy a new Vehicle I will see him first. He was friendly and respectfull. More

Also, they make every effort to accomodate my busy schedule, and usually the parts are available so that I get fixed the first time in for service. I always use Pacifico Ford for my cars. I started in 2006 with my 2006 Ford Focus, and continue to use them for my 2008 Ford Focus. I love the drop off service. I drop my car off at night and it is ready by with my 2006 Ford Focus, and continue to use them for my 2008 Ford Focus. I love the drop off service. Recently, I dropped by car off on Friday, October 28th for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and requested that my car be ready by 12:00pm on Saturday, October 29th. My car was ready at 9am! I was extremely happy since we were having such horrible weather that day. I don’t think they are too expensive. Joe was my mechanic for my most recent visit and even followed up with a phone call a few days later, to ensure everything was okay. Pacifico Ford does a great job! More

I visited pacifico Quick Lane for an oil change. My hood would not open because of a previous accident. This caused a problem. Maria Mahoney was the answer. She would not let me leave PA without an oil change and a repaired hood. She made multiple phone calls, multiple attempts with her service techs and much more. She came through with the answer, saved me money and frustration and made me smile the whole time. She is the total package service advisor, good hire!! More
