Chris was friendly responsive and professional. He made sure that my car received immediate attention. Chris assured me that the air conditioning unit in my 2014 Ford Edge was fixed and if I had any problems at all I could bring it back in within 30 days and they would put the $40. 00 I was charged towards my $100.00 deductible. very satisfied with the prompt quality service I received today. Worst service team ever Came here for a service - appt scheduled for 10am. When i pulled into the garage i sat there for a few and wasn’t even greeted. Got out of the car you Came here for a service - appt scheduled for 10am. When i pulled into the garage i sat there for a few and wasn’t even greeted. Got out of the car young kid is sitting behind the desk- i asked him “are you supposed to check me in?” He said yea and pulled a clipboard to take my info -he acted as if I was Bothering him, didn’t even get up! strike 1 in my book. 1230 my car was never even pulled back. No service manager even touched it. I go to the desk and ask for a status and I’m told everybody is out to lunch! My car is less than a year old and I even pay for the extra warranty coverage that the dealership offers. My car needed a service and some recalls checked. I purchased my car from here less than a year ago and I’m already have problems with it. It makes this weird shaking thing when parked, the AC does not get cold and it’s a bunch of recalls. The service is horrible. I sat There for 3 hours and not 1 person even acknowledged me! I’m beyond irritated and this will be the last car I ever Buy from this dealer... to make matters worst I was Still asked to come back another day to get my ac looked at!!!
