Help while raveling While driving to Philadelphia last week from Rhode Island, my car started to demonstrate some unusual behaviors, so when I arrived at my friend's hous While driving to Philadelphia last week from Rhode Island, my car started to demonstrate some unusual behaviors, so when I arrived at my friend's house, she suggested bringing it to Pacifico, where she had bought her new car last year. My Ford Escape has over 161,000 miles on it, so I wasn't too surprised at having a problem. Being late on Friday, they were unable to see it that day, so I left it with them. Angel, one of their greeters, was thorough in taking my information and in getting me connected with a service manager. On Monday morning, Sean Mellon, Customer Service Manager, called to say they'd run all manner of computer diagnostics and also had taken the car out on the road, but they were unable to duplicate the problem I had experienced(I suspect now it might have been some bad gas). So he told me I was free to pick up the car and that there would be no charge, which was great news! So kudos to Sean and to his Assistant Service Manager, Paul Rubin, for their speedy attention to my problem and for giving me peace of mind to make my drive home. I highly recommend service at Pacifico! More
Pleasant experience. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS from the Ford dealership on Essington Ave. A week later, I was having a problem hooking up my phone to the car. Then comes the dreaded time when your car decides to fail and you need to trust a team will repair it. It's only natural to worry. Are they honest? Does it really need that? Are they ripping me off? I have come to rely on Bob in Ford's service department over the last six years. Just recently I had brought my car in for service and it was going to take a few days to get everything done. He explained numerous times what was wrong to ensure I was knowledgeable about what he had to do. With a baby on the way, Bob was most concerned that I was safe and insisted I bring home the dealer rental car. This warmed my heart. Every time I call he asks me how I feel and always tells me to just stop in if I have concerns. I have to say he eases my worries when I hear that strange noise or when I'm picking up my car up after repairs and heading home. He has a forever customer in me. More

I went to the previous dealership to try and fix the issue, but received no help. I scheduled an appointment at Pacifico, and there Sean our service specialist was super helpful and easy to work with. He helped to get the issue fixed in less than 24 hours, and even looked into other potential issues and recalls. I have never received such great service from an auto-mechanic! Service I was concerned about my brakes. The service manager listened to my concerns, then did a drive with me. He didn't find anything wrong during the driv I was concerned about my brakes. He didn't find anything wrong during the drive but to make sure he didn't miss something he took it in and did a full brake inspection which also came up negative. All this was completed in less than a couple of hours. Big simles and Thank yous to Paul Rubin Service Manager for the exceptional service I received today!!! More
