Overall my experience with the Ford service center was excellent. The mechanics were all very friendly, the work on my car was timely and efficient. Bob Rauh & Joe Roletter both did a good job on scheduling the servive, the work was completed in a timely manner also scheled me a ride home and a pickup when the car was completed . Never had a problem with pacifico. Staff is friendly and price is great. Last time I was in I dealt with nancy.
