The problem is not fixed and clearly no one could have test driven the car since I got the error message at the first stop light I came to after leaving Palm. Maria called and we scheduled the detail shop to put the protective sealant coating on the Traverse and the interior seats. They were ready at the time of the appointment I was greeted by a man that showed protective sealant coating on the Traverse and the interior seats. They were ready at the time of the appointment I was greeted by a man that showed me where to go. Ms Maria had everything ready. Even had a courtesy car for me to use since it would take about 5 hours for the process. Afterward I meet Ms Amy in body shop office and she was extremely helpful with info in care and maintenance of the coating. Also for a window tinter. I also stopped in at the service desk and picked up an accessory part, light adapter, that Dillon had ordered for me. It actually had come in sooner than expected, so I took care of everything in one visit. AWESOME. Thank you guys for putting the customer first. Can’t say enough about the staff. Thanks Steve More
