i go to the dealer because i assume they are checking and updating my car with current upgrades for my vehicle's performance. Poor communication from the service department. Still having issues with the vehicle. I was more than impressed , I buy a new car every year and this by far was the best experience and I know you guys made money off my sale but that’s ok because I can effort it. He went to the effort to answer every question we asked and there were plenty, I really don’t like all the technology on the new cars and I wish your dealership had a 101 class on the technolghy built into these new vehicles , run a class at night for the old timers like me. I’m a retired engineer from the utility and we couldn’t even get our garage door to open , Aron resolved that when we came back to have the pin stripe put on. Getting back to the pin stripe guy , I want his job and his dog , great pr there for your company. . Palm Chey and their team are phenomenal! I can't imagine anyone giving a rating less than 5. I 1st purchased with them in 2016. I chose them because they were closest to a job I was working. At that time, they treated me as if I were their best customer. (I am sure they do the same for all their customers). I live 3 hours away on the East Coast of FL. Over the years, I bought several vehicles. I chose a dealership close to my location. My biggest regret with that decision is that I did not travel to Ocala to purchase a vehicle. After spending several hundred thousand dollars, I realized the value of buying from Palm Chevy. The last deal I tried to make in my area, was the last deal I I will make without going to Palm Chevy. Being dissatisfied with the Dyer Auto Group and their insulting offer, I remembered Palm Chevy. I bought a beautiful 2025 2500 Silverado LTZ from them. It is a gorgeous truck. The deal was done over the phone (including the trade). I drove to the dealership to finalize the numbers and the trade. I could not be happier. My salesman was Aaron. He made sure that everything we talked about was according to plan. The finance department ensured that I got the best deal available to me. The 3-hour ride was well worth the trip. At 62, mI am hoping not to need another truck mor car, but if I do, the 1st (& more than likely only) place I will shop is Palm Chevy. A great place to do business. I seldom write reviews, but the deal and treatment I received deserves to be told! I thank them for being a great place to buy a vehicle from. They truly are the best. More
