I have reached out to you >directly< MULTIPLE times and brought the truck in MULTIPLE times, Only for you to tell me you can not hear the noise.. after I tell you you have to drive it for 20 or so min for it to warm up and then the noise always starts, but yet you tell me you can not hear the noise so I pick the truck up and THEN on my way home 20 min after driving it the noise starts like I said it would. So the last time we brought it in we warmed the truck up so it was making the noise, had a representative from your location get in the truck with me and went for a drive, and guess what, you all acknowledged the noise and after a few days of you having it, came back with- yes we hear it but don’t know what’s wrong so keep driving it until it gets worse then come back. what?! I bought the truck from you guys with a warranty thinking I would be covered, but what a joke the service department is. YOU should reach out to me directly to resolve this! I reached out to you directly already by bringing the truck to you Multiple times ! Sad thing is, this is my fifth Chevy I have bought from your location and your sister location over the years. But now, xxxx the next one will be a doge or ford from a dealership that will take the time to drive the vehicle and figure out what the problem is! Not just “yeah we know there is a problem but can’t figure it out just wait for it to get worse then come back!” What! It’s like I bought this truck from a buy here pay here dealership! But by all means, YOU reach out to ME directly to figure this out, I have already done too much on my end.

Everything was going smoothly UNTIL I started asking technical questions about the GM certified vehicle program as advertised on their website. It seems to me as if Neil was told by management to just shut up and put me in the finance office. I really don’t think Neil was part of the nonsense. But unfortunately, the good guys pay for the bad guys.Soon as I got into the finance office I was hit with the fact that I needed to pay an additional $1600 if I wanted the vehicle to be certified through GM. That is a bunch of xx because the vehicle was listed as a GM certified preowned on their website and it was actually listed on the Carfax as well. Obviously, I busted out of the finance office as I was not going to fall for that trap. On my way out of the dealership, (Scott) manager stopped me and gave me a lame explanation that because I had negotiated the price of the vehicle, they could not sell it to me certified. What a bunch of crock! Everybody negotiates the price of a vehicle. They never mentioned that to drop $1500 on their listed sale price they would have to decertify the vehicle and I would have to pay $1600 to get it recertified. Then Scott starts talking nonsense about the fact that all their GM used cars are pre-certified. That’s all a bunch of xx as well. Horrible tactics being used by old dogs in this business at this dealership. Ultimately, I was told that if I paid an additional $400 I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle GM certified. I sucked it up and paid the $400. This review would have been completely positive if they wouldn’t have pulled that stunt on me. Both the manager and the finance guy were in Kahoots to “Scrooge” me out of extra money that day. Crooked old school tactics. I highly recommend not purchasing from this dealership. Guy in finance uses very aggressive old-school sales tactics. I buy a lot of cars, this was the most aggressive finance department I’ve dealt with in about seven years!!!!!! Guy seemed like a cool person, but those tactics are outrageous 🙀😂. Stay away from this dealership at all cost. Not worth the games. If you read this and decide to swim against the current 🤪, good luck! You’ll find out the hard way. I definitely urge older folks to stay away and not fall into this dealerships aggressive and abusive tactics. Just not good! I also purchased some all weather mats in the parts department. Very nice guy, but the dealership charges 3% additional on top of what you’re already getting ripped off for if you use a credit card to pay. Total thieves and xxxxx. This place is a joke.
