2014 for 2015 price was sold a 2014 impala demo with over 3,000 miles for $31,000.00, after calling credit union to refinance for lower interest found out car is only wor was sold a 2014 impala demo with over 3,000 miles for $31,000.00, after calling credit union to refinance for lower interest found out car is only worth $26,000.00, a $5,000.00 difference, you expect to see diffences in prices but that was huge especially after looking on cars.com and seeing dealerships in the $24,000-$26,000 range for 2014 impala LT 2, and 2015 impala LTZ with a lot less miles for $31,000.00, they got a big laugh at my expense but it will be the last time. so my advice is check and do research or get screwed by PALM chevrolet of OCALA. take a drive and save thousands of dollars at other dealerships customer service and friendliness is always good when you are ripping someone off with a smile and handshake and xxxxxxxx More

Honest and integrity, that's what you will find at Palm After going to another dealership, we came to Palm. Dayron met with us late evening, and we made an appointment to come back the next day. There was no pressure, which was a relief after going to the other place, which only wanted to get you to sit down and bully you to commit. That's not the way that Palm handled us. The following day we met with Dayron and test drove the truck. There was no particular direction that we had to go on our drive, which was vastly differant from Auto*?x. After the test drive we met JD. He offered for us to take the truck home for the rest of the weekend while we waited for the banks offers to come back Monday morning. They, JD, shopped the best rate for us. Then, it was time to go to his office. After many vehicle purchases, I know that when you get in there, that's when you get screwed. JD was very professional in telling us what we needed and did not need. I was really expecting to have to repeatedly say "NO" to all the upsales. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase; Dayron Garcia as my salesman, and JD Piatek as the finance manager. I would highly reccomeend Palm Chevrolet to all my friends. So he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and that was very good. Then while in the office he made sure we had something to drink and made us comfortable. We had an old truck to use as a trade and we could've sold it for more on our own but it evened out the cost of the we would've had to pay for extra tags and taxes and they threw in a bed liner for us. We are very happy with the truck we bought. J.D. helped us with the financing part and purchase of extended warranty package. He was also very helpful and friendly.
