I was there for a simple oil change with an 8 o’clock appointment at 10:30 i went to the service advisor to ask how much longer as i needed to leave at 11 . I think they forgot about me because i shortly appointment at 10:30 i went to the service advisor to ask how much longer as i needed to leave at 11 . I wish they would have told me i would have rescheduled instead of waiting almost another hour and canceling my appointment i had to go to after. To start with the appointment was setup on the wrong day even though they were told there was a doctors appointment that day. They scheduled it a week later and were very fast but talked with another custo even though they were told there was a doctors appointment that day. They scheduled it a week later and were very fast but talked with another customer that had been waiting 2hours with no communication Also the salesman we purchased the car from 6 months earlier walked past and didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Other dealers where we have had service performed the sales people and service people would acknowledge any client/customer in the waiting area even if they didn’t sell them a car.
