First of all Jon Degroot the service advisor did a great job very professional answered all my question's. My issue is with the dealership. I bought my 2021 Silverado back in 2021. Paid for oil changes an t job very professional answered all my question's. My issue is with the dealership. I bought my 2021 Silverado back in 2021. Paid for oil changes an tire rotation when I bought the truck. Have a no problems getting my tire rotated with oil change for2 years. Dropped my truck for the oil change and u to ire rotation. Jon gave me a call and let me know due to aftermarket tire and rims it would cost an extra $49.99 plus tax. I ask why he said due to the aftermarket tires and rims. So for the last 2 years that was not a problem plus the tires and rim are no bigger or heavier than the stock wheels. I went ahead and pay for it and again no issue with Jon. I feel it’s poor customer service on the dealerships side. My next truck will not come from Plam Chevrolet. Something I think we’re missing these days is honesty and good customer service. Prior to this the team at Palm Chevrolet has been great. More
