Went in for oil change, 2019 Buick. Will never go back to the Buick dealer in Ocala for service. Other than standing in the service department with several other customers for a good while without a "good morning or we will be with you as soon as possible" the service was good. Wanted a snack while waiting but the vending machine had no prices that I could see. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was not bad. All in all a lot better service than the Buick dealer in town. I will be happy to return to Palm Chevrolet for any further needs. Thanks, Mike More
