I spoke to Ben told him I needed an oil change( it's over due ) and headlight on driver side needs to be replaced. He did work order. He said everything is good, I made sure he also got the oil change there, requested for car wash too, he said yes. I spent 2 hours in there on Feb 26. We were waiting, then my husband saw our car parked outside. We went up to desk, informed Tim that our Cari's outside already, I think we are done. We have another appt. I paid for it . The car wash was not done. I noticed the oil change sticker has not been changed. Then I realized that evening, my oil change was done bec it's not in my receipt. That was my only day off work, what an inconvenience. Do the next day I went back to Ben, he apologized , offered tire rotation too. Now My car's ' tire monitoring service' is on. It's not reading the PSI on the front driver side. I have no time to bring the car back at this time. What a service! More
