Not only was the communication horrible, but they dragged out our warranty work for 11 days and did not help us get a rental car or anything. They gave us our car back with broken air conditioning (we had no out our warranty work for 11 days and did not help us get a rental car or anything. They gave us our car back with broken air conditioning (we had no issues with it prior). We called about it and never received a call back. Another franchise service tech said the Freon was completely drained, so we had to pay $500 to fix an issue we never had prior to our service at Palmen. More
