Customer Oriented Service Center On Sunday July 21st my 2014 Cadillac SRX would not start. I had it jumped and drive it to Palmen to drop off the car and key fob. On Monday morning On Sunday July 21st my 2014 Cadillac SRX would not start. I had it jumped and drive it to Palmen to drop off the car and key fob. On Monday morning I receive a follow up call confirming what the issue was and repairs were started. I needed a new battery. Jason explained to me all charges and what was done. Great job. More

These guys are professional and attentive, just have a little patience with them because this is a popular dealership so they are a little busy at times. More
