I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I went to the next person. He looked up my information and said Tim would help me. But, this man did ask Tim if he could start the process and Tim said yes. Everything was fine the whole time. More
