Jason was very nice, courteous & respectful. He explained what was found wrong on my car& how it would be repaired. I felt safe at Palmens & was comfortable waiting. Horrible communication, slow response time, inconsistent or missing information This has been one of the worst dealer experiences I've had. It would have been expected that up front they would have discussed timeline, loaner vehicle, warranty coverage, communication frequency, etc. it took a week of calling to even get a direct phone number and a specific point of contact.
