Tim was so incredibly helpful! I called late on a Monday and he was able to get me an appointment for first thing the next morning. It can often be overwhelming to walk into a service center as a woman that doesn't know a lot about cars, but he explained things very well and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing much like some car guys can. I sometimes put off car maintenance because I'm afraid of how I'll be treated, but I will definitely be going back to this location because of how great my experience was. More

I waited from 2pm till 5pm for an oil change. I seen my car parked in the garage with the hazard lights on at 3:30 I kept walking over to see it in the same place finally I went to ask what the h I seen my car parked in the garage with the hazard lights on at 3:30 I kept walking over to see it in the same place finally I went to ask what the hold up was, I was told my car is ready it was parked there drying off from the car wash. Never ever again will you see my car or any other relative of mine. I was thinking about buying a car in the spring not from there. You have no regard or respect for a customers time.
