Palmen Buick GMC - Service Center

I would say that the staff in the service center are knowledgeable. I would like to add that their customer service could be improved. This was my first time at this location, so I wasn’t sure what to e knowledgeable. I would like to add that their customer service could be improved. This was my first time at this location, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, when I arrived there was not clear direction as what I should do with my car. I left my car parked near one of the garage doors and entered into the office space. There, I stood waiting to be acknowledged my several staff for many minutes. It wasn’t until a technician came in questioning the positioning of my car that I was spoken to or given directions. I was then prompted to bring the car into the shop and it was at this point I had to wait another stint before being asked why I was there, being directed to the lead tech who was assigned my appointment. I don’t expect an exceptionally warm greeting when walking into a maintenance facility, but I would encourage there to be a heightened sense of awareness for a customer’s needs instead of tending to other personal matters (like having a non-work related conversation on the side). More

The service center was able to fix a problem that I had under warranty that another dealer wasn’t able to. Another dealer said it would take me 2 weeks to get in and then the part was on back order with no under warranty that another dealer wasn’t able to. Another dealer said it would take me 2 weeks to get in and then the part was on back order with no date. Palmen got my truck in next day and the part ordered a day after that. They updated me every step and I couldn’t say enough good things about them! More
