I feel i was over charged. Way expensive I was going to get a new terrain until this drive chain needed to be replaced I had no warning sign or engine lights coming on. Had warranty work to replace water pump. Oil cooler was bad , over 1000 later and a week and a half, got my car back. Less than 2 miles down the road major oil leak. Cam seal was damaged . Incredibly frustrating and dissatisfied with the service potential damage that was caused by an ase sae certified TECHNICIAN ? If I wouldn't of stopped to put air in the tire ( should’ve been checked and inflated properly,before I left the dealership )the first time I would not have discovered the oil leak until I was out on the freeway . Very disappointed with this experience and will never return to Paulmen or recommend you to anyone I know. Gene A Herrick More

My car is outdated since buick no longer makes the cascada. I needed an oil pan. The located one in Florida and needed it shipped to Wisconsin. So almost 2 weeks later with a dealer rental the $$ wer cascada. I needed an oil pan. The located one in Florida and needed it shipped to Wisconsin.
