When waiting for my vehicle I’ve seen her interact with other customers and treats them the same way. As long as Patti is working at Palmen I will alway have my service done there, and purchase my vehicles there, and always recommend anyone I talk to to have their vehicle serviced there or to purchase a vehicle there. From the purchase on my 2013 Ram 1500 in March of 2013 to my most recent service I’ve been extremely happy with Racine Palmen. I’m also in need of tires and when I talked with Mike Slaasted he answered all of my questions and gave me some recommendations and was very knowledgeable on tires. Even after our conversation was over and I was waiting for my ride he stopped to share some more info before I left. I’m very impressed all around. More

Waiting I had to wait on hold forever when I called before my appointment to see if I could drop off truck early but keep same appointment time. I get transferred to service then have to wait for the same person who scheduled it to get on the phone. I don’t like when I drop off my vehicle that I have to wait for yet again that same person to check my truck in. I get that you want the customer to deal with the same person from beginning to end.. but it’s frustrating when I feel as though I would get helped quicker some times if I could just be helped by whatever service person is available. When I brought my truck in, the change oil soon, washer fluid and service air bag system lights were on. They didn’t even look at the service air bag system.. cause it’s still on. I would think when they cleared the other messages they would have looked at that as well. They called me 2 hours before I needed my truck to say it was ready, I feel as though that could have been looked at within that time frame. More
