We ordered a Jeep Wrangler from the factory and Palmer helped make the process as easy as possible from order to delivery, giving us updates along the way. There have been some issues getting all of the uconnect systems set up because the wrong VIN was entered on some of our paperwork which wasn't noticed until after signing it all, but I am confident that it will be resolved by the team at palmer.
