Contacted my salesman about miscalibration of speedometer. He arranged a contact for me with service department. I tried several times to contact technician to schedule best time to bring in ve speedometer. He arranged a contact for me with service department. I tried several times to contact technician to schedule best time to bring in vehicle, but could never reach him. I then asked salesman to have service contact me with best time to come in. Was then asked if I could bring in vehicle now, and told it would take about 30 minutes for work to be done. After waiting a little over an hour, I was called by service agent and told that it would be about another hour because they were busy and now it was lunch time. I was asked if I wanted to Uber home and return later when vehicle was ready. I replied that since I had already waited over an hour, I would stay. Agent said she would try to expedite repair. Vehicle was ready about 40 minutes later. More
