BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM PALMER. .NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED DIAGNOSTIC REPORT WHICH WAS PROMISED.. UPON PURCHASE BY SALESPERSON..CALLED FOR SEVERAL DA .NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED DIAGNOSTIC REPORT WHICH WAS PROMISED.. UPON PURCHASE BY SALESPERSON..CALLED FOR SEVERAL DAYS .THE CAR HAD A BAD WHEEL BARRING THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED. FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP .IT COULD HAVE BEEN TOO LATE. COST AN ADDITIONAL 1200. ONE WEEK AFTER CAR PURCHASED. NOTHING RESOLVED AT THIS POINT..STILL WAITING FOR TAG AND TITLE. CHUCK PALMER HAS ALSO NOT RETURNED EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER..UNSAFE FOR THE ROAD. More
