Luis Torres Espinoza kept us well-informed about our service and the status of parts coming in. He was honest about when he thought our service would be complete and was spot on with his estimate of ser service and the status of parts coming in. He was honest about when he thought our service would be complete and was spot on with his estimate of service completion and cost. Since our service was not going to be complete for a few days and there were no loaner vehicles available, he very graciously ordered an Uber at the dealership's expense to take us from the dealership back home, then again from home to the dealership when our service was complete and our vehicle was ready to be picked up. Our car was clean when we picked it up and it sounded and ran like a brand new vehicle. We are very pleased with the service we received at Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. More
