Jeep went in for an engine replacement under warranty. My rep Winston was awesome, however due to the constraints of the dealership I never received any loaner car until a month plus later when they recei My rep Winston was awesome, however due to the constraints of the dealership I never received any loaner car until a month plus later when they received apparently a faulty engine and had to order a new one/put off my repair for another month. Plus the communication on it all was subpar. Would I go here for a normal repair....yes. For a big repair absolutely not in the future. Again not my rep's fault at all as he was transparent, but the dealership as usual always has excuses. My prior RAM with a transmission replacement was a one star, but this is not the review on the current job done except I will actually give Jody a 1 star as usual as he is beyond unhelpful until he gets a bad review. Car was towed in & Service Department fit it into their schedule & worked on it immediately. When I stated that this was my only vehicle & that I needed to try to find a ride to the dealership to p/u the schedule & worked on it immediately. When I stated that this was my only vehicle & that I needed to try to find a ride to the dealership to p/u the car when it would be ready, I was offered a complimentary Uber.
