Consistently great service, but please ask customer if they want multi-point inspection when only coming in for oil change. I was in a hurry, and I think this slowed down the oil change process. The appointment process was extremely easy and text reminders were helpful. Everything was handled efficiently and I was on my way within minutes of check-in even with having to rent a vehicle. My se reminders were helpful. Everything was handled efficiently and I was on my way within minutes of check-in even with having to rent a vehicle. My service advisor was Luis and he was helpful and courteous and kept me informed as the service was being done. The rental vehicle was excellent as well. There are other dealerships much closer to me that I could use but my experience with Palmer is and has always been outstanding. This will keep me coming back not only for service but for future vehicle purchases as well. More
