Everything was done well. I had to back the next day to get air in my tires. Would’ve been a nice customer service touch to have them checked and topped off as part of the over $500 service the day before get air in my tires. Michael Stewart in service was extremely helpful and took care of me right away. Palmer was able to get me in within 2 days when all the other DCJ dealerships in the metro ATL area had a 2+ month backlog jus care of me right away. Palmer was able to get me in within 2 days when all the other DCJ dealerships in the metro ATL area had a 2+ month backlog just to make an appointment . They also had a courtesy rental car available for me which was huge. Had parts in stock for my car too so it only took 3 days. Got text updates each day letting me know the status of the repair and Michael called me to run me through what my car needed. A little pricey but that always comes with OEM parts/service. Michael even texted me the next day after I got my car back to make sure everything was doing ok. Would definitely come back to Palmer if I need dealer service again and will recommend them to any friends in the market for DCJ vehicles or service. More
Worst experience at a dealership for vehicle service that I’ve ever experienced. Poor communication, lack of follow up and even if there’s a mistake they won’t return your call.
