Hiram always has my back! I text him late the night before I brought my Jeep in because I was worried the fan was running ALOT! And Loudly! He told he'd be there the next day to bring it in. He also prepared me that I would likely have to leave it so I could make arrangements to have someone pick me up. I was there by 0830 and out by 330 pm. It was a great experience. Service was fast and courteous and they were very patient. A bit pricey but as expected at a dealership. When I got my car back someone sat in the driver's seat and gum was in it.
