Purchased from out of state. Lots of damage on the vehicle that wasn’t disclosed prior to a 9 hour drive to take delivery. Taillights not working. Rear parking sensors not working. I set up an appointment and everything was ordered in advance, but when I arrived there was a long line just to drop the car, not to mention they were working on someone’s car in front of me as I was wai advance, but when I arrived there was a long line just to drop the car, not to mention they were working on someone’s car in front of me as I was waiting and other cars went ahead of me as a result, making my wait even longer. Drop off area was vacuuming cars before the service which was why it took so long!!! Common sense would say to do that AFTER the service and NOT before. Then when going to desk there was a tiny front office and some even had to stand by themselves with a transportable desk… didn’t look very professional compared to all other service centers on the street from other dealers. More
