i had to call back to find out when my jeep would be readh only to have the service tech tell me that my car was actually ready...and no rental cars were available when i initially dropped off, so had t readh only to have the service tech tell me that my car was actually ready...and no rental cars were available when i initially dropped off, so had to take a uber back to the dealership to pick up my jeep...lastly, my remaining free oil change was not honored cuz they had expired but last year was covid, so thought that was very unfair to not extend More

Communication was horrible starting the service adviser, only excuses made by service manager and then ignored communications to the Vice President. Had a similar issue with then years ago and swore to nev only excuses made by service manager and then ignored communications to the Vice President.
