Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety recall had completed and it wasn’t actually done. When confronted he said he assumed it had been done. Dealership owner/ manager is great to deal wi recall had completed and it wasn’t actually done. When confronted he said he assumed it had been done. Dealership owner/ manager is great to deal with but actual service department is not good at all. This is my second issue with them that had to be corrected by the owner. More
