Worst experience in my life. 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change when I was told the day before that if I got there before 7:30 AM they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. No one even apolog for an oil change when I was told the day before that if I got there before 7:30 AM they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. No one even apologized for the wait. I dropped my Jeep off Thursday morning, told I should have an estimate by Friday, but didn't get it until Monday. Spent over $300 in Uber fees. The vehicle was a CPO. But, there was no service done to the vehicle. So, 2 weeks after taking delivery I had to take it in for service where I live. Also, I cannot get anyone to call me back about my paper the vehicle. So, 2 weeks after taking delivery I had to take it in for service where I live.
