Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I bought from Palmer because of the impression Tony White had on me three years ago. Three years ago, I was considering a number of vehicles including a Jeep. I went to Palmer with my oldest daughter and w had on me three years ago. Three years ago, I was considering a number of vehicles including a Jeep. I went to Palmer with my oldest daughter and we we test drove a wrangler with Tony. We was the exact opposite of the classic “car salesmen”: He was the ultimate gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and wise and very nice to my daughter. At the time, I had my heart set on another vehicle and I decided I wasn’t going to buy a Jeep. My daughter and I both left that experience saying that we wished we could buy from Tony even though he didn’t sell the vehicle brand I was going to buy. At that moment, I proclaimed that if I were ever to buy a Jeep, I’d buy one from Tony. Last weekend, I made that proclamation a reality. Tony was a delight to work with! He took his time with us, had amazing product knowledge and most importantly he taught me a lesson “patience and humility”. I would recommend Mr. Palmer model all of his sales staff after Mr White. I had many Jeep dealerships to choose from here in Atlanta, but as the old saying goes, “people buy from people they like and trust”. We also had a great experience with Chad from the parts Dept to discuss customizations we’re considering on the Jeep we purchased and a great experience with Richard in finance. Richard even called me back the next day because he found a way to save me more money! I’m very happy with my 2021 Jeep Rubicon Eco Diesel w/ the retractable push button top. Please add him so you can see how great he is. I’d also work with your younger sales staff. They don’t seem to have the same approach and charm as Tony. More
