overall visit was fine but long. oil change took over 90 minutes for my ram 2500. This might be normal but wasnt communicated up front. Sales person promised floor mats as part of the deal. Did not have them at time of delivery and said I could pick them up following weekend. Drove all the way to Dealership and he said they were not in yet a not have them at time of delivery and said I could pick them up following weekend.
