Dropped off my car for an oil change, requested they let me know if there were other services needed. They gave me a call and provided a total $ that the visit would be. When I arrived to pick up my car the me know if there were other services needed. They gave me a call and provided a total $ that the visit would be. When I arrived to pick up my car the total was over $300 more than what was stated on the phone. Granted, after I pushed back on this number, they “took another look” and removed some of the costs and gave a discount. The total was still higher than what I was told on the phone even after these discounts. It is completely misleading and unacceptable to provide a given price and then charge more upon completion. I would not recommend this dealership for routine service. Also, my visit was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and no service employees were wearing masks (I did not go inside the sales center) More

My son-in-law was contacted by Palmer about a Jeep Wrangler. He went to see it and was helped by Willem Cashman. Will answered all of his questions and after driving the Wrangler, he thought it was ve Wrangler. He went to see it and was helped by Willem Cashman. I do not like shopping for cars - or almost anything else - where the sales people are too eager to make a sale and don't listen to my questions and concerns. Will didn't do that. He showed me the Jeep and listened to and addressed all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to and I never felt pressured. In sales situations where I get a hard sell, I leave. Instead of that, I bought the car on that visit. I would gladly recommend Palmer and Will to my friends. More

Non-impressive facility in an old metal building in the back of the lot. Parts took too long to get - 5 days - what happened to FedEx? And repair took 3x as long as was quoted.
