Issue that I took the vehicle for was addressed under warranty. It was easy to get an appointment and the communication was good. The reasons why I did not give 5 stars are as follows 1) the issue was wi warranty. It was easy to get an appointment and the communication was good. The reasons why I did not give 5 stars are as follows 1) the issue was with the rear diff locker indicator, but the work order said front diff. The person who checked me out had to confirm that the right part number was used and the work was actually for the rear (it was) and rewrite the description 2) was told I needed to replace the 4 wheel drive system fluid and the differential fluid even though the vehicle had only 26K miles and has barely been driven off road. Apparently this is required only at 30-40K miles. 3) i asked to replace the cabin and engine air filters which is a 10 minute job at best, but was initially charged 30 minutes labor for each! Understand that 30 minutes labor is probably the minimum, but would have expected that to cover both. The person who checked me out adjusted that as well 4) I was initially charged for the front and rear differential fluid tho’ the rear should have been covered by the work under warranty. Again the person who checked me out adjusted this so I was ultimately taken care of. So in conclusion, at the end if the day I came out ok, despite doing the fluid replacements about 10k miles earlier than needed, but the experience was not as smooth as all the previous ones I have had with Palmer DCJR, hence the 4 not 5 star rating. The service department was a mixed bag. The overcharged me for a battery change and took 4 1/2 days to get to my car. It was a struggle to get updates and had to call several times. Overall we had a very good experience with your dealership and managed to buy a much needed family vehicle at a price we could afford. Her dad had called ahead and talked to Jody alerting him that we would be in. Chelsey said her dad actually was the person who trianed Jody. Both Tony White and the financial officer Thomas was great at making the process easy to understand and both have great personalities to boot. More
