If I could give zero stars I would. My truck was in there for warranty work and it took over 3 weeks to complete. When I received my truck back there was a broken part in my sunroof that the mecahnic just le for warranty work and it took over 3 weeks to complete. When I received my truck back there was a broken part in my sunroof that the mecahnic just left and didn't mention. Also there was a dent in my roof and my window tint was scratched. When I would call about getting it taken care of you would think I was being unreasonable and bothersome. They acted like giving me a loaner was a nice gesture but it is part of my service contract. There is a lack of communication with this dealership and I feel they do not truly care about their customers. I would never recommend Palmer to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Not even an apology for any inconvenience they caused me. More
