I have had the worst experience here. I bought a new redeye hellcat that I've had some issues with and these guys, with the exception of a few, are terrible. My brother also bought a trackhawk from palm redeye hellcat that I've had some issues with and these guys, with the exception of a few, are terrible. My brother also bought a trackhawk from palmer. When we got there and the salesman saw us, he handed us off to the youngest salesman there. I'm not assuming this, the younger salesman told us that the original guy was mad because we actually bought a car. While my brother was buying his jeep I saw the redeye and a few months later I went and bought one from palmer. My salesman was very nice except that he knew very little about the car I was buying. He told me to go on YouTube and watch videos to learn about all my cars features. I still don't understand how some things work on my car. I also bought some tires and let them put them on. They told me the tires came in and I drive an hr to get them and when I get there they say they don't have them. So then I'm told it will be a week before the tires get here. I left pretty mad. I get home and about an hr later they call and say the tires just got there. To make a long story short, this place will lie so much it's not even funny and when you bring it up, they seem to not care and shrug their shoulders. Its insane to me. I even tried to talk to 2 different people about a jeep, one was a sales manager, and they didn't even act like they cared or that I was wasting their time. One guy even said the jeep I was looking at was a "recon" it's a Rubicon. I wish dodge would do something. I paid a lot for my car and I have to deal with them because of the cars issues. And yes I already took mr car to a different dealership to let them look at the problem and they say something completely different. I need help. I feel like they are going to just take parts off and just try stuff. I shouldn't have to be doing all this in a new car. Also my salesman and a lot of others are not listed or pictured below. More

Honest assessment Took Jeep in for brake service as the mileage suggested brakes should have been replaced.
