Jay Starks from the Sales Department met us out in the parking lot as we were looking at Jeep Grand Cherokees. He took us on a test drive and not only answered all of our questions, he filled us in on a parking lot as we were looking at Jeep Grand Cherokees. My service advisor Murray went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after I discovered the extended warranty I am paying for is not thru MOPAR.
