Everything was great except it cost me 120 dollars because the shop either didn't do the work they said they were going to do or they can't read labor hour times. My son-in-law was contacted by Palmer about a Jeep Wrangler. He went to see it and was helped by Willem Cashman. Will answered all of his questions and after driving the Wrangler, he thought it was very close to what I was looking for. I do not like shopping for cars - or almost anything else - where the sales people are too eager to make a sale and don't listen to my questions and concerns. Will didn't do that. He showed me the Jeep and listened to and addressed all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to and I never felt pressured. In sales situations where I get a hard sell, I leave. Instead of that, I bought the car on that visit. I would gladly recommend Palmer and Will to my friends. More
