This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I set an appointment for a diagnostic for a sound coming from my ac. I was told my technician would be Murray and that he would keep m I’ve ever had. I set an appointment for a diagnostic for a sound coming from my ac. I was told my technician would be Murray and that he would keep me updated throughout the process. I dropped my car off in the morning, by noon I had been updated with issue. I almost had a heart attack when he informed me how much the repair would be however he was understanding when I had to call him back once I could scrounge up the money for the repair. When I called him to give him the ok, I told him that I also found a coupon. He said he would apply it with no problem and would have the work completed by 4pm that same day. Once I picked up my car all my paperwork was completed, I was given a detailed breakdown on the work done, the issue was resolved and more importantly (the coupon was applied)lol. Definitely pretty pricey in my opinion, however the customer service I received from not only Murray but the entire Palmer Dodge service team was invaluable and worth it. Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to assist and was pleasant. I have to have another service in the near future and I will definitely be back with or without a coupon!! More
