Went in at about 9AM for AC service without an appointment. Murray Baraw gave me an estimate and told me he’d call if it was more than a test and a system recharge. Murray Changed My Mind I brought the Jeep I just bought in for a cooling system issue. In the past when I had my Ram truck I bought from Palmer I had nothing but negative ex I brought the Jeep I just bought in for a cooling system issue. In the past when I had my Ram truck I bought from Palmer I had nothing but negative experiences on their service. However I figured I'd give it a shot as they have great Jeep service reviews. I spoke to Murray about my issues who told me he would take care of me which he did. Not only did he make sure it was covered under manufacturer warranty rather than my extended, he also kept me updated on the process. Also he made sure it was fixed and ready to go in a time I would think they were busy. I am very impressed and Murray changed my mind about their service so I will be taking my Jeep back to them again. Would recommend if you own a Wrangler. And make sure to get Murray as he will make sure your vehicle is serviced correctly unlike other personnel I dealt with in the past. More
