Quick and easy My battery went dead in a 2019 Challenger not even 1 year old. Chelsea was very nice and professional and she said if I could bring it in by 3pm that she would have the team look at it, charge it and replace under warranty if need be which is exactly what they ended up doing. The great part is, before I brought the car in I thought of another Dodge dealership closer by and called them and they wouldn't even see the car same day and complained that it would take to long to charge and test and they were leaving at three even if I could get the car in by 2:00pm.
