Very bad oil change experience I purchased a 3 oil change package. 6 months later when I attempted to get the 2nd oil change I was told the person who sold me the original packa I purchased a 3 oil change package. 6 months later when I attempted to get the 2nd oil change I was told the person who sold me the original package no longer works there and that he inappropriately charged me for the oil changes. As a result there is no record of me ever purchasing the oil change package. I pushed back and was treated like a liar. They reluctantly agreed to change my oil “this time” because my vehicle was already processed. An hour and a half later I got the keys back, no paperwork, no sticker in the window. Just a paper floormat crumpled up on my passenger seat. I decided I couldn’t trust that they actually did anything so I paid for another oil change at a different dealership. More

Best vehicle buying experience I’ve had! Says a lot for someone (me) to drive from Shreveport, LA to Palmer Dodge in Roswell, GA to purchase a vehicle. The price they gave me was unbeatable within a 1000 mile radius of my home, so that alone should be given the 5 stars, BUT it doesn’t stop there. I’ll admit, I HATE buying cars, because let’s face it, car sales people are relentless, the process always takes forever & by the time you leave the dealership you probably need several drinks to recover your sanity, or at least I do. I got in contact with the dealership via email/text the day after Christmas & the day after that I was heading to Georgia to pick up my new vehicle. There was NO hassle, no pestering, nothing. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever made, seriously. When I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, the only thing left for me to do is sign the paperwork. This is where the five stars should be turned into ten - I was only there for 30-45 mins. You can’t even get into your scheduled doctors visit quicker than that!
