Palmer found the problem and removed the after-market crap and replaced it with factory standard lights. The lights went out again, and they found the problem and fixed it the second time. Since they were not familiar with the after-market crap I was willing to pay for the extra work they did. Put your credit card away Mr. Cape, they said to me. That is exceptional service. And they gave me a car to drive while they did it. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. More

Confusion to where to go and when I got to service they said they hadnt heard anything from parts dept and then i was kindly told I have a free oil change for my new Jeep so they did that but I didn't know that this would take over an hour. I just wanted to get a new key fob and I had to order it and now I have to go back in to get it customized which is fine. In the meantime I was sent about 4 emails in two days trying to sell me a new jeep, trade in my Jeep (Which I just bought from another dealership) and it was kind of irritating to be sent so many appeals right away before I even got my first service request finished. I wrote back that I didnt want to get all of these emails and feel berated and over marketed. I need first to gain some trust with your dealership and I'd rather not be asked to trade in my Jeep with 3400 miles on it to upgrade to a new one. Seems pushy to me. No good waiting room for service area and I went back to ask why it was taking so long to do oil change and my car was in line to pick up but no one called me or came to the waiting area to tell me. Then I had to wait and check out and pay for key fob and get that ordered. Seemed like it was more time that I expected just to order a new key fob. More

I felt the sales person didn't take the time to explain what all the features of the 3 different types of jeeps, he I would say our experience was OK. I felt the sales person didn't take the time to explain what all the features of the 3 different types of jeeps, he seemed rushed. Once we selected the Sport, I felt he should have honed on the bells and whistles of the car, we don't know what to ask or what the jeep can do if this is our first jeep. Also, not very professional when we come back a second day to test drive the jeep, and there's no gas to the point where we actually ran out of gas on the way to the gas station. This should have been done prior to us arriving. It's not just about the sale of the vehicle, but the experience the customer will leave with! More
