Good customer service, to a point I bought a 2018 Jeep Sahara Wrangler from Palmer. I bought it after seeing it on Autotrader. It was a pretty easy experience. The two negatives were 1) only came with 1 key fob. Really?! That’s Ridiculous! No car comes with 1 fob. 2) Chris Booser, the finance guy, was very pushy, almost rude when I declined the extended warranty on a certified Pre-owned vehicle. I wanted a CPO because it should not have issues. That undermines my faith in your certification process when you tell me I need to buy a warranty. Delivery was seamless, driver was very nice. Upon returning to my truck, the tire nut adapters had been left in the seat and there was no updates window sticker to indicate the interval to my next visit.
