Great price, fast Jeep purchase once I decided to buy! I normally do not like going to dealerships. I feel pressured and do not trust what the staff is telling me (based on previous, bad experiences). Th I normally do not like going to dealerships. I feel pressured and do not trust what the staff is telling me (based on previous, bad experiences). This dealership was totally different. When I showed up, they asked if I wanted to walk around the lot on my own to graze the vehicles and get inside. Once I was interested in any, they said they could easily arrange a test drive (also without them being there during the test drive). I liked this 2-step process as I got to take my time in learning the different Jeep options they had without feeling pressured and without being distracted listening to them (no offense to car sales staff). Once I test drove the vehicle, I noted that I was not in a rush to purchase a vehicle but that I would appreciate the best price offer that would give me on a certain Jeep model/trim line. On Monday, they provided that to me and we started negotiations. A couple days later I had about 10 questions and they answered them all to my satisfaction. At this point, I was comfortable with the vehicle, the price and the overall deal. I then set a time to come in to complete the transaction. Once I came in, I was only there for 30 minutes before I drove off the lot with the new Jeep (the vehicle was already detailed and the loan closing process was very quick). As well, they gave me a Jeep tutorial before I left. All in all, I recommend this dealership to anyone who loves Jeeps and also anyone who does not want to be haggled and wants to take your time in making your decision. Kudos to Dan and Lee who I worked with the most. Those guys are great! More

After learning that I was going to unexpectedly need to pay out of pocket for a rental car, he offered up HIS OWN PERSONAL CAR for me to borrow. We have taken our cars to several dealerships over the years for service and have never received such exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! Now on the other hand, the fact that I was going to be charged by the Dealership was crazy. We just purchased a $60k jeep and were exchanging the tires. Palmer originally offered to come and pick up the car from our house and take care of this. We ended up bringing it up to the dealership and then was surprised to find out they were going to charge us $35 for a two hour rental car. Not good customer service! More
