Shady dealership. Zero customer service Paid $50k for a used viper. $55k after TTT. Get it home and notice a horrible smell. Found dead mine and mice feces throughout the entire car. I told them I need new carpet that I would try and clean it. I gutted the car cleaned everything with bleach. Replaced the carpet which they made me pay for $500 of it. No luck. So through out the following 2 months I tried several methods. During that time I put lots of work and money into the car. No luck I gave up. I took it to them and the best he said he could do was give me the 50k back. Not the $500 in carpet. Not the $1500 in dealer fees. Not anything more. So I traded it for a new car to save on the taxes. I still haven’t received the title for the viper and I purchased it June 6. Took 1.5 months to get a tag and I had to threaten with an attorney to even get that. They are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. I just bought a $92k hellcat from them yesterday and picked it up today. When I walked it yesterday it was flawless. When I got home with it today I noticed three long scratches in the matte black hood. I texted both the GM Jodi and the salesman Zack and Jodi’s response was OK. Zach asked for a pic which I sent and I got no response. Of course not. I hope to never see these people again. More

Typical Old School Stereotypical Car Dealership Have purchased cars the past seven years from a dealership that epitomizes customer service and completely open and honest. Questions and concerns were met with answers that were off the cuff with no respect to their validity. and assumed pure stupidity on the part o the customer. Sales management was even worse right out of the movies and there is no understanding that they not only lost any future sales but have made me want to write this and I NEVER take the time to write reviews. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the fact that the 23 point inspection form was not given to me so I had not been sure why the differential fluid had been recommeded to be changed since that was not intially explained to me. When I came to pick up the car I was checked out by a different employee than the one who had worked with me initially who was Winston Anderson who gave excellent service. The second employee who checked me out was courteous but simply forgot to give me the 23 point inspection form and I forgot to ask about that form. I did not get his name. More
