2019 Dodge Ram Rebel I’ve been by trucks here for a very long time. In March of this year I purchased a new truck. After the first few days of ownership I had to come back I’ve been by trucks here for a very long time. In March of this year I purchased a new truck. After the first few days of ownership I had to come back because the apple car play and radio was not working. They said was a issue with the software and were going to order a new radio. After two weeks went by I called and the advisor said to come in as the radio arrived. I went as requested. As I’m talking to him, he realizes that they ordered the wrong radio for my truck. From there they were going to order a second. After almost a month going by the radio that sill has not been replaced is now causing the heated seats to come on, on their own when it’s 95 degrees, to the point of not turning off, burning my legs and behind. A towel helped out a lot. Next the air conditioning worked only when it wanted to and thirdly the odometer is jumping mileage. Meaning I drive twenty miles and it jumped up 500 miles. Finally the advisors answers my call(s) and says to take pics of the odometer, which I do showing one day at 500 miles and the next at 1500 miles. At this point they not my advisor says to bring it in. I get there and the second radio is still wrong and they issue me a Jeep Wrangler to drive while my truck is there. Now it’s been another two weeks without my truck. While the wrangler is nice and all it’s not my truck. I’m in the landscape industry and not having my truck is very troublesome. I’ve had to rent a truck to the current amount of $600.00. I hope to get my “fixed” truck back before much longer. Reimbursement for a rental truck or a new truck without issues. Phillip More

Service/repair was great...but poor communication I made an appt. for Weds a.m. for recall notice repairs. Service rider David Pappas was very professional and nice and told me he'd text me daily.. I made an appt. for Weds a.m. for recall notice repairs. Service rider David Pappas was very professional and nice and told me he'd text me daily...to give status updates on vehicle. I Did not receive any communication from him for two business days. I called Friday a.m. for a status update...my service rider Mr. Pappas was not there and Winston (Service?) told me he'd look into my car situation and call me back...he never did. Late Friday afternoon I called for another status update and the Lady I spoke to told me she was trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle...said she'd call me back Friday late or Saturday a.m. She never called back! Monday a.m. I received the first communication from Mr. Pappas who texted me that my car was ready. He apologized profusely for being "sick" on Friday and Saturday....but in his absence someone should have taken over and communicated with me. I stopped going to Ed Voyles (I've bought 4 new vehicles from them) because there service was terrible...now this? More
Courteous team - service results were not satisfactory My review should really be directed to the manufacturer perhaps but since the dealership represents them, I guess they are part of the whole process. My dissatisfaction results from the fact that my 2 year old RAM with less than 50,000 miles should not be giving me the issues that it has. The issue is the vehicle starts multiple times in a row and then later in the day (after about 5-6 start ups) it then won't start. I feel like there should be a more accurate way to diagnose the problem than saying - well if it isn't this it must be that and then have me replace the starter when that starter replacement (most likely unnecessary) did not solve the problem. After that starter replacement - the vehicle did not start again (after the same start/stop pattern during the day as before) and this time when I took it back in it was diagnosed with a grounding issue (battery related). I did not drive the vehicle a whole lot after this grounding issue was "fixed" but then today when I drove it more, after 5-6 starts/stops it would not start again. It is frustrating as I depend on my truck for work. It seems this issue I am having must be a little more complex - therefore - I recommend Palmer for routine work (Oil Change Etc. but maybe not more complex issues). How could I when they haven't shown they can fix my truck? More

Casual, no pressure environment. Enjoyed the entire experience. The sales and finance team stayed well past closing on a Friday night. We signed all of the paper work and when I came back from a weekend trip, my Jeep was waiting and gleaming in the sun. The team, Zachary and Eric (and Jodi) did everything to make this a pleasant experience. Palmer is locally owned and not a high pressure national dealer who wants to churn and burn. Go see them and you will understand. More
