Tons of Jeep Inventory I knew I wanted a Jeep and started looking at inventory and available models online. Palmer had significantly more than the other dealerships on the I knew I wanted a Jeep and started looking at inventory and available models online. Palmer had significantly more than the other dealerships on the Northwest side of Atlanta. In fact they had exactly what I was looking for in stock. They had a really good price with discounts. I called ahead to verify the price. When I got there, it was already pulled up to the front and they were waiting for me. No games. The price was exactly what they said. They played the usual games with interest rates and the finance manager tried to explain to me why a higher interest rate really didn't matter...but that's pretty much expected I suppose. I had to wait for 45 minutes after I decided to buy to go through finance, but that wasn't their fault I guess. They had a guy call in sick. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and my salesperson was great. More

Most Expensive Lightbulb I have never had an issue with the service center at Palmer, they're always friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, even though my car is only 3 years I have never had an issue with the service center at Palmer, they're always friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, even though my car is only 3 years old.. my right main headlight went out. My husband took it in only to find out it would cost $350 to replace it!! I understand the labor involved, and the components are specialty, but I can't wrap my head around why a $250 lightbulb would burn out after 3 years.. so disappointed! This 'high quality' part that costs an arm and a leg to fix should NOT be faulty after only 3 years.. Jeep needs to look into this and find a better solution.. while $350 may not seem like a lot to most, but for us that was a very unexpected, very large expense.
